Refund policy

1️⃣ Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

  • After 24 hours, your order may already be processed, and cancellation may not be possible.

2️⃣ Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the nature of dropshipping, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • You may be asked to provide photos of the damaged item for verification.

  • Once verified, we can offer:

    • Replacement (if in stock)

    • or Refund (original payment method)

3️⃣ Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after approval.

  • The refunded amount excludes shipping fees (if any).

4️⃣ Shipping Issues

  • For lost or significantly delayed packages:

    • Contact us immediately

    • We will investigate with the supplier and carrier.

    • We may offer reshipment or partial/full refund depending on the situation.
